Open street view by clicking onto the tiny yellow human icon which is located at the bottom right, and drag it towards your house if you see your house in 3d and want to blur it, there is a “report a problem” option in the bottom right corner. Some people have argued to have their street view blurred because of an open garage door which showed the contents of their garage. Enter street view by dragging the little yellow figure onto an included street (indicated by a blue glow).

Write in the provided field. Blurring is permanent, there is no way to request for it be undone at all, this would include current or future collections of streetview. Once you have your house in view, select report a problem at the lower right corner of the screen.
